Although instant messengers, such as QQ and WeChat, make our daily communication much easier, written communication is important and formal in foreign companies. If you want to write properly to convey your message at work, join this one-day training as the facilitator will guide attendees to use mind maps to plan your content, and to write more creatively and effectively.

James has over 15 years of international business experience across 20 countries and has over seven years of corporate training experience in China. As a certified soft skills trainer by IRCES, James also holds a masters in marketing from a top five ranked French business school and is fluent in Chinese.

James’s speciality areas are advanced presentation skills, e-mail & business writing, time management & managing effective meetings, cross-cultural communication training and negotiation skills.
