Workspace environment is a key element in talent satisfaction, as it can have a significant aspect on the employees’ morale, their health, their interaction with other colleagues and, ultimately, on their performance.

Jesper Thorlund

Director, Executive Rewards, LEGO Group; Member of APAC Total Rewards Council, Conference Board

Jesper is a HR leader with 15 years of experience from different sectors and industries, primarily within Total Rewards arena. Jesper's areas of expertise include: Total Rewards, Performance Management, Sales Incentives, STI and LTI. Organisational Design, Position Evaluation, HR Controlling and M&A, Employer Branding, Benefit programs, Employee Motivation and Engagement. 

Davide Fugazza

Managing Director, Haworth China

Trained Architect, Experience Designer and Sales person, Davide joined Haworth in 2015 in Sydney as Strategic Account Manager after his four years experience in Ferrari as CI Manager for Greater China.

Sales result and opportunity brought him back to Shanghai in the fall of the same year to be appointed as Director of Business Development for China Market and more recently as Managing Director of Greater China and North Asia where he is leading Haworth brands to further success.

Davide obtained a Master in Architecture from Milan Politecnico with a Thesis in Urban Planning. He married his wife Anna last year and they are living in Shanghai. Davide enjoys social events and travelling.

Eddie Ng

Managing Director, JLL East China

Eddie has more than 20 years of experience in the real estate industry and he has built a strong business by managing JLL’s overall business strategies and operation in East China. Eddie is also a thought-leader in the industry as he has worked closely with government, state-owned enterprises, both domestic and overseas developers, as well as financial investment institutions. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Hong Kong University.

Tony Armstrong

Senior Vice President, IWBI Asia; WELL Faculty, WELL AP

Having played a pioneering role in the proliferation of the WELL Building Standard in Australia, Tony Armstrong is now representing the International WELL Building Institute across Asia.
