The Chamber's Financial Services Focus Group and Small & Medium Enterprises Focus Group are delighted to invite you to the joint event on cross-border payment for foreign companies in China.

Most companies in the services industry in China require cross-border transactions for non-trade payments such as management fees, dividend, among others. Regulatory requirements and filing procedures differ depending on various factors including the amount, currency, and related parties. The Tax Bureau, SAFE and the banks all play important roles in such transactions. As regulation has recently become stricter for the transfer of over USD 50,000, companies are advised to have a clearer picture on how to file and apply. At this event, two experts will share with audience the detailed procedures and the timeline for filing and will cover three main non-trade payments.
