Qualification

  • Degree holders
  • Advanced Thai
  • Fluent English
  • Problem-solving oriented; strong sense of responsibility

Key Responsibility

  • Customer support for key accounts, including enquiry responding, policy explanation, claim collection, claim preview, paper-work, preparation, etc.
  • Coordinate with local office (HSC Thailand office) to ensure efficient operation workflows.
  • Translate documents from Thai to English.
  • Coordinate with Thai partners/providers regarding relevant needs from clients, especially Thai language related needs.
