Intralink is seeking an enthusiastic candidate for an administrative and research role in Shanghai. The role consists covers two main functions; administrative responsibilities to ensure the smooth operation of the Intralink Shanghai office, and market research support to assist Intralink’s project managers with delivering business development projects for their western technology clients.

Responsibilities

·       Assist with office administrative tasks including compiling expense reports, managing petty cash
·       Liaise with building management, printers, cleaners and other service providers
·       Maintain supplies of office provisions, stationery and other supplies
·       Coordinate legal and accounting activities, IT support and HR activities as directed
·       Arrange company offsites and social events, including but not limited to schedule management and travel bookings
·       Assist with HR functions, including posting roles and screening CVs 
·       Serve as the first point of contact for office visitors/guests
·       Carry out market research, product sourcing and phone interviews as required to assist project managers in the implementation of their project activities
·       Perform translations as required by project managers
·       Accompany overseas visitors and act as an interpreter for clients
·       Other related business development and administrative tasks 

Experience & Skills

·       University educated
·       Strong skills written and spoken English 
·       Solid organizational skills
·       Attention to detail
·       Candidates meeting the following criteria will be given preference:

  • Experience in market research and/or consultancy
  • Experience in production, sourcing or engineering
