Tricor Acts! Work Together to Overcome Difficulties

It’s been 4 months since the outbreak of Covid-19. The domestic pandemic has been controlled effectively, and the economic and social order has been gradually recovered.

Tricor pays tribute to all healthcare workers, volunteers and people who have contributed to fighting against the virus. 

Tricor Group and China team activated our Business Continuity Plans on 23 January; on 28 January, staff initiated telecommuting preparations. Moreover, we resumed client service on 3 February. Tricor our preparation allowed us to anticipate this unprecedented situation and respond appropriately.

As we reflect on our response, Tricor executed swiftly and proactively with 5 key initiatives - The 5Ps - Protect, Preserve, Purpose, Perform, Prosper.

And whilst, Tricor actively fulfils social responsibilities and tries best to prepare anti-pandemic supplies for the front line, hoping to contribute to the fight against the virus.

Tricor China team helped domestic and foreign customers who were in short supply of anti-pandemic materials, our pandemic prevention packages have been delivered to 8 countries in Europe and America.

Tricor, together with the holding company Permira, purchased and donated 30,000 surgical masks, and provided hands-on volunteering and support to ensure they were effectively distributed to Hong Kong communities. Tricor Group also helped the Cayman Islands Health Services Authority to purchase 10,000 N95 masks for medical use. We will overcome the pandemic through joint effort. In the future, Tricor will also continue to protect the rights and interests of each staff and actively perform social responsibilities.
